First Delivery of 30th Anniversary Commemorative Video Email (December 26, 2020)
Alumni Association sent an email regarding Keio Academy of New York 30th Anniversary Commemorative Video to those who have registered to roster update by December 23 (JST) at December 26, 3:00-3:02PM (JST). As the mail may take some time until it arrives to your mailbox depending on your mail system, please be patient if you do not receive one right at this moment.
There were several emails that did not get sent due to errors on their mail addresses. If you registered the roster by December 23 (JST) and did not receive the mail, please contact your grade representative.
If you register your roster from December 24 to January 9, 2021, the next shipment of the email is scheduled to take place on January 10 or 11, 2021.
Keio Academy of New York 30th Anniversary Commemorative Video (Pre-announcement) (December 12, 2020)
2020 was a year to celebrate 30th anniversary of Keio Academy of New York. Alumni Association was planning to hold a 30th anniversary party on Sunday, November 29, 2020 to celebrate the anniversary. However, because of the current situation under COVID-19, we determined to cancel the party. Instead, we have prepared a video for Keio Academy graduate, faculty and staff members to remember back the school life at Keio Academy.
A set of username and password is required to watch the video. The information will be sent to the e-mail address registered at Roster Registration on the following dates.
- If registered by Wednesday, December 23, 2020: Saturday, December 26, 2020 or Sunday, December 27, 2020
- If registered between Thursday, December 24, 2020 and Saturday, January 9, 2021: Sunday, January 10, 2021 or Monday, January 11, 2021
- If registered between Sunday, January 10, 2021 and Friday, January 22, 2021: Saturday, January 23, 2021 or Sunday, January 24, 2021
All dates are in JST (GMT+9). The dates are subject to change. If dates changed, or when e-mails indicating the username/password are sent, an announcement will be posted on Alumni Association website.
The video will be available for free of charge. Since we already have asked your personal information on roster registaration, the only information we will ask you to enter will be username and password that will be mailed to you, and another password that is asked when watching the video. If you were asked to enter other information, do not enter your personal information as such websites may be scams.
The roster registration will close after Friday, January 22, 2021.

Roster Registration for Faculty/Staff Members (December 3, 2020)
Alumni Association has been collecting personal information of Keio Academy graduates. This year, we will start to collect information of current and resigned faculty/staff members to connect faculty/staff members and Keio Academy graduates. Personal information entered are used for alumni assocation and Keio Academy activities only.
This registration is for both of current and resigned faculty/staff members.

Request for Updating Alumni Roster (2020) (March 7, 2020)
Alumni Association need to verify members' personal information for communicating information from alumni association and Keio Academy, as well as operating events organized by alumni association. Personal information entered are used for alumni association and Keio Academy activities only.
Since we need to update information once in several years, we would like you to enter your information even if you have entered your information in the past.
